How do i convert pregnancy weeks to months?
I know that not all months are 4 weeks or whatever. So if im 21 weeks how many months would that be? I tried looking it up online but i couldnt really get it. Anyone?Okay thanks everyone i was just wondering because when people ask me how far along i am and i say 21 weeks they just look at me like a crazy person since they want to know which month im in. And i got kinda confused since if you divide by four then one would be pregnant for 10 months instead of 9.

I asked a question earlier if my doctor says I'm 27 weeks and 6 days is that how long ago I conceived and had alot of answers about them counting by LMP but my last period was May 28th so that is not 27 weeks and 6 days does that mean my doctor is counting by gestational weeks instead of LMP?

I got married on 10 April 2010 and had sex with husband on 13 April 2010 first time.I got my periods last time on 15 May 2010 but two weeks late, i don't know why, i thought may be i'm getting pregnant so i took a home pregnancy test but that was negative.After that still i took so many pregnancy test and those all came out negative.I missed my periods in June 2010.I was just waiting for my periods and i thought may be they are late like before and before my periods were 2 weeks late and now may be its gonna be 3 weeks late so i was just waiting and waiting.I didn't took home pregnancy test either.On 2nd June i went to the doctor, just wanted to know if i'm pregnant or not.She took a urine test and she told me Congrates " You are pregnant" .She didn't tell me that how many weeks i'm pregnant.So is there anyone who can tell me that how many weeks i'm pregnant? and when my week ends.I'll really very appriciate it.Please help me.
Question about pregnancy weeks?
Ok so I am so confused as to how the doctors determine how many weeks pregnant you are. This month CD1 was on April 9 and my cycles vary but that past 2 have averaged 31 33 days. I am currently TTC and it is CD21 today and my OPK still has yet to smile o BUT I am patiently waiting because I know that it can happen very late in the cycle. Anywho, I was just wondering say for instance the OPK smiles on CD26 that would be for me May 4. Then I would have to wait 2 weeks from then to take a HPT May 18 . IF I were to get a BFP then, are you telling me that the doctor would " consider" me to be 5 weeks pregnant EVEN THOUGH I know I am actually only about 2? Why is this? I don't understand I understand that they start counting from the 1st day of your last period but if my last period is 3 weeks before I even ovulated why would they count from then?? I don't understand WHY they count from CD1
When do I start counting pregnancy weeks?
Hi I been reading and it says you start counting from the last day of your period. But what if you know the exact week you conceived the baby? Do you start counting then? Or do I count from implantation? The reason is because my boyfriend and I have been together for almost three years and in a long distance relationship for 6 months. So I am very certain on when i got pregnant. So when do I start counting? Can anyone help me?

I spoke to the nurse on phone and she said as long as I dont have any major symptoms like, nausea, dizzines, bleeding, frequent urines but less urine, then I am fine.But it is worrying me now, I get this back pain only on my right side and sometimes in front right side too.I am planning on getting it checked, but i m scheduled for 19th aug for a u s, shud i wait till then anyway? or get it checked is what i am not sure of...pls helpI have taken an appointment Just in case and will drop off my samples and blood work ..so that I can be rest assured. Pregnancy weeks converted into months?
Just curious how pregnancy weeks are converted into months. I know most say that there are 40 weeks in a pregnancy which in my eyes would mean 1 4 weeks being one month 5 8 being two months and so on and so on making each month out of 4 weeks which would equal 40 weeks. But I've seen people do it different where some months have only 3 weeks or some have 5 so just curious how its broken down...help
